Nurture Your Mind, Body, and Spirit

Heidi Cooper, MSN, ARNP, CPNP-PC, PMHS, CIMHP

Hi, I’m Heidi, a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and certified Pediatric Mental Health Specialist, proudly serving families throughout the Inland Northwest—my lifelong home. With over 26 years of experience in pediatric nursing and a deep passion for mental health, I take a holistic, patient-centered approach to care that considers the whole child and family.

My path in healthcare began at North Idaho College, where I earned my Licensed Practical Nursing degree in 1998 and my Associate of Science in Nursing in 1999. I later completed my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Lewis-Clark State College in 2018, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2022. I’ve continued to grow my expertise with a Pediatric Mental Health Specialist certification from Duke University in 2024 and an Integrative Mental Health Specialist certification from the Integrative Psychiatry Institute in 2025.

As a mother of four, I deeply understand how important it is to have thoughtful, compassionate support for your child’s mental and emotional well-being.

In my practice, I focus on identifying and addressing root causes, such as genetics, nutrition, and lifestyle before turning to medication. While I believe medication can play a valuable role, my goal is always to help children achieve balance and thrive with the least intervention necessary.

My professional journey is also personal. My own family’s experiences navigating the mental health system left me with a strong desire to ensure others never have to feel the same helplessness and frustration we experienced. Every child and family deserve access to the support they need to feel seen, heard, and truly cared for.

When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me outdoors camping or hiking with my family, friends, and our two dogs. I also enjoy playing golf and spending quiet evenings at home.

My mission is to empower families with the tools, insight, and support they need to help their children build lasting emotional resilience and developmental well-being.

Ella Cooper, LE, NBHWC

Hey there, I’m Ella, a Health Coach, Esthetician, and Student with a passion for helping people create sustainable, realistic approaches to health and wellness. I focus on supporting both physical and mental well-being through a balanced, whole-person perspective.

My path into this work has been shaped by my own experience living with chronic illness and multiple autoimmune conditions. Through years of navigating my health, I’ve come to understand how overwhelming and isolating that journey can feel, and it’s what drives me to help others feel less alone in theirs.

In addition to health coaching, I’m a licensed esthetician with a special interest in the connection between skin health and internal wellness. I continue to expand my education in behavior change, integrative health, and lifestyle-based healing, always looking for ways to better support the people I work with.

Outside of my work, I love traveling, spending time outdoors exploring nature, and slowing down through self-care. You’ll often find me cooking or baking something new, diving into fashion and design, or hanging out with my Mini Aussie, who keeps life a little more fun and a lot more active.

I believe that wellness should feel supportive and sustainable, not restrictive. My goal is to help you build habits that truly fit your life, while offering the kind of guidance, compassion, and support I wish I had along the way.

Lindsey Lloyd, Life Coach

Hello I'm Lindsey!  I’m a certified life and health coach with a background in psychology, and I specialize in helping teens—and their parents—build emotional resilience, confidence, and stronger mental well-being. My work is centered on giving young people practical tools to navigate their thoughts, manage emotions, and handle the challenges that come with growing up in today’s high-pressure world.

My journey into coaching began when I discovered life coaching as a young mother and saw firsthand how powerful these tools could be. That experience led me to pursue formal training and build a practice focused on supporting teens during some of the most formative and often overwhelming years of their lives.

Through my coaching programs and one-on-one sessions, I’m passionate about helping teens better understand themselves, develop healthier habits, and feel more in control of their lives. I aim to create a supportive space where they can grow, gain clarity and skills, and build the confidence they need to thrive.

Gabbi Clauss, Administrative Assistant

Hello, I am Gabbi. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from Eastern Washington University in 2024, where I developed a strong foundation in healthcare systems, patient centered care, and the overall structure of the industry. Currently, I’m continuing my education at Eastern Washington University as I work toward my MBA, with a focus on building the leadership and administrative skills needed to grow within healthcare.

I’ve always been drawn to the operational side of healthcare—finding ways to improve processes, support providers, and ultimately create better experiences for patients.

Outside of work and school, I enjoy spending time with the people I care about. Some of my favorite hobbies include golfing, running, and traveling whenever I get the chance. I also really value quality time with friends and family, whether that’s something simple or an adventure together.

I am passionate about operations and its contribution to a positive experience.  I really enjoy being in a space where I can grow in wellness and healthcare operations while giving me the opportunity to positively impact patient care.
